RL Education provides study abroad information, counselling, application support, document coordination, portal-based case tracking and B2B education-agency collaboration. Available countries, universities, programs and service features may change over time.
Each university, program, intake and visa process may have different academic, language, age, financial, document and deadline requirements. Information shown on a circular or program page should be read together with the latest official requirements applicable to the case.
Admission, scholarship, visa, e-visa, VIN or other immigration-related decisions are made by the relevant university, institution, embassy, immigration authority or government body. RL Education can provide support and guidance but cannot guarantee a particular decision or outcome.
Applicants and B2B partners are responsible for providing complete, accurate and authentic information and documents. RL Education may request clarification, corrections or additional documents before a case can proceed.
Submitting false, altered, misleading or unauthorized documents may result in suspension or termination of processing and may also have consequences with the relevant institution or authority.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify RL Education promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Universities and authorities may change requirements, fees, intake dates, processing times or availability. Users should act on the latest confirmed information and submit requested documents within the communicated timeframe.
A B2B agency must have appropriate authority to submit a student's information, must keep student information confidential, must not make unauthorized guarantees on behalf of RL Education and must follow the service, payment and documentation rules applicable to the partnership.
Applicable service charges, university fees, visa-related charges or other costs should be confirmed through the relevant invoice, receipt, circular or written service arrangement. Payment of one charge does not automatically include unrelated third-party fees unless specifically stated.
Any refund eligibility is determined by the written service agreement, invoice, receipt or separately published refund policy that applies to the service. Charges already paid to a university, authority, bank, payment provider, courier or other third party may be subject to that third party's own refund rules.
We aim to keep published information clear and current, but study abroad requirements can change. If website content conflicts with a current official notice from a university or authority, the current official requirement should be treated as the controlling source for that application.
Website text, design, branding, graphics, software and other protected materials may not be copied, resold, misrepresented or used to impersonate RL Education without permission. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security or misuse other users' information.
The website may link to universities, government services, social networks or other third-party websites. RL Education is not responsible for the independent content, availability or privacy practices of those third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RL Education is not responsible for decisions, delays, refusals, policy changes or service interruptions controlled by universities, embassies, immigration authorities or other independent third parties.
